We understand that for many childrens birthday parties, siblings and parents of children often come along. During a Full Arcade party (not during public hours) anyone can come up to 50 people. However during a more limited Upstairs Arcade party (during public hours) we lack space to accommodate spectator parents and siblings in the arcade. Thus, anyone attending the party inside the arcade, whether they are just waiting, whether they are playing any of the games, has to pay the entry fee.
All games are on freeplay (except for the prize crane). No additional costs.
When renting the full arcade you can bring up to 75 guests. The first 50 guests are included in the rental price. Past that it is $5 extra per guest up to 75 guests maximum.
When renting the upstairs arcade you can have up to 25 guests up there. You guests can come and go from the upstairs to downstairs arcade as they wish.
Yes, you do. You can eat up there, or open presents up there, or just play the games up there.
Unfortunately, no. We have parties often scheduled back to back and it just isn’t feasible to offer this. We suggest if this is really important that you be set up before your guests come that you have them come 15 minutes after the party starts.
Unfortunately, no you can’t. We just don’t have enough space to accommodate this given how many people are visiting the arcade on the weekends.
Yes! We have a mini fridge with mini freezer upstairs.
Given there may be another party after you, we have to ask you to be cleaned up by the end of your party time so the next group can use the space. We will give you a 15 minute notice to begin cleanup.
In general, we request that one adult per 4 children as chaperones. For older kids (12 and above) we can be more flexible on this. This is for your children’s safety.
If you have rented the full arcade then all the parents can stay and play with their kids. Many do and we encourage this since they will have fun too.
If you rented the upstairs arcade during public hours, all people participating in this party have to pay normal admission price at the front door.
Absolutely! We often have Belmont Pizza delivery directly to parties hot out of the oven. And you can bring whatever food you want.
