There is no early drop-off. Any child attending a party must be supervised by an adult chaperone attendee of the party, so arrivals should be in the first 15 minutes of the party start time (for a 4-6pm party, that is 4-4:15pm). At least 1 host of the party should stay in the party room for the first 15 minutes to receive any drop-off children. Guest arrivals are allowed the whole party slot time – it’s just easier to ensure a drop-off child can find a chaperone if they arrive on time.

Our staff will count numbers of adult chaperones and children as they enter, and if you have reached a point where you no longer have enough chaperones, we will require another adult chaperone to join your party before allowing more drop-off children.
